Give Nourishment, Receive Healing: Our Annual Food Drive Is Back
As the holiday season approaches, many families in our community face an extra-hard reality: empty shelves, tight budgets, and fewer meals than they need. Each year, our Annual Food Drive helps bridge that gap—and this is one of the simplest, most meaningful ways to support your neighbors.
To say thank you for giving, we’re offering something in return that supports your well-being, too.
Donate Food, Get a Complimentary Acupuncture Treatment
Wednesdays only — now through December 17th
When you bring in a food donation on a Wednesday, you’ll receive a one-time complimentary acupuncture treatment at our Intern Clinic. Your generosity nourishes someone else—and your body gets a chance to reset, restore, and recharge.

What to Donate
We welcome non-perishable, unopened items, especially:
Canned proteins (tuna, chicken, beans)
Peanut butter or nut-free alternatives
Rice, pasta, oatmeal
Canned vegetables and fruit
Soup, stew, chili
Condiments
Healthy snacks for kids (granola bars, crackers)
- Fruits canned in their own juices
If you’re unsure what to bring or donate, please ask.
Food drives don’t just fill shelves—they restore dignity. A bag of groceries can mean a child goes to bed full, an elder can keep their kitchen stocked, or a parent can stretch a paycheck one more week.
At the same time, acupuncture offers its own kind of support during the busiest season of the year:
easing stress and anxiety
improving sleep
calming the nervous system
helping with pain, tension, and fatigue
boosting overall resilience
This event is about community care in every sense of the phrase.

Let’s Care for Each Other
Whether you donate one can or a full bag, your contribution makes a real difference. Thank you for helping us support local families with compassion—and for being part of a community that believes healing should reach everyone.
We can’t wait to see you this Wednesday.
